How far in advance should I book?
We recommend booking 2–4 weeks in advance for standard projects. Rush projects (1 week or less) may incur expedited fees. Contact us ASAP if you have an urgent deadline.
Do you travel outside of Virginia?
Yes—we serve VA, DC, MD, NY, FL, GA, and can accommodate projects nationwide. Travel fees apply for shoots over 25 miles from Fredericksburg, and we'll include all costs in your custom quote.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept credit cards, ACH/bank transfers, checks, and invoicing for corporate clients. Payment terms are typically 50% deposit to book, 50% upon delivery.
