Do you sign NDAs and non-competes?

Absolutely. We regularly work under NDAs and respect your client relationships. We do not pitch direct services to any client you bring us into unless you explicitly ask us to be introduced that way.

Who owns the footage and final files?

You and your client do. Ownership is clear and straightforward: once the project is paid, you have full rights to use the footage within your agreement with the client. That’s non-negotiable for us—it keeps everything clean and fair.

How do we handle approvals and feedback?

We typically deliver via a review platform with time-stamped comments. You can centralize client feedback and either consolidate it for us or invite them in directly—whatever fits your process best. Standard scopes include revision rounds aligned to the project size.

Can you travel or handle multiple locations?

Yes. We’re based in Fredericksburg, VA and regularly serve VA, DC, MD, and beyond. For larger campaigns, we can coordinate travel and multi-location shoots. Travel costs are always discussed and approved up front—no surprise add-ons.

What if our client changes scope mid-project?
